Gauge Guard Isolator膜片是TBL公司专门研发用于卫生型压力表金属表面与工艺流体之间的卫生屏障，它能够用于所有品牌的Triclamp表头。

许多情况下金属压力表表盘会暴露在酸、碱、盐溶液和热液体中，这样环境往往会锈蚀表盘而使用非金属隔膜可有效的保护压力表。我们可提供三种材料的膜片：铂金硫化硅胶、三元乙丙橡胶和热塑弹性体，产品符合美国药典USP Class VI、美国食品及药物管理局FDA及各种制药/生物制药制造业最严格的标准。

铂金硫化硅胶: -40℃ to 230℃
三元乙丙:       -35℃ to 148℃
Cellgyn TPE: -40℃ to 121℃

Application

Our gauge protector gaskets work to maintain a barrier between the metal diaphragms of a sanitary pressure gauge and the process fluid. They are designed to be compatible with sanitary Tri-Clamp pressure gauges.

In many cases, exposure of the metal gauge diaphragm to acids, bases, salt solutions and hot liquids can cause damage to the diaphragm. For this reason, it can be essential to protect the gauge with a non-metallic diaphragm.

Our materials meet the most stringent requirements for pharmaceutical/ bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing. Our platinum-cured silicone, EPDM, and TPE materials meet USP Class VI, FDA and various other requirements.
